DORNSIFE -- Dora E. Hoch, 85, of Dornsife RR 1, died Sunday in Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
She was a member of Himmel's Lutheran Church, Rebuck, and its ladies quilting group; attended Washington Twp. schools; and enjoyed quilting, gardening and reading the Bible.
She was the widow of Guy L. Hoch. Surviving are a son, Paul L. of Rebuck; two daughters, Jean E. Collura of Northumberland and Linda L. Straub of Dornsife RR 1; four sisters, Mabel Kieffer of Bradenton, Fla., Arlene Trouton of Mechanicsburg, Loy Heim of Camp Hill and Lena Lenker of Dalmatia; nine grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in her church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Viewing will be from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the church.
