Daniel Harman married Phebey Davidson. They had four children, two of them were Henry and George. In 1791 Daniel was killed and scalped by Indians a mile or two east of Five Oaks, in Tazewell County,

Family members states that Daniel Harman and his wife, Pheby Harman were buried in Henry Harman Cemetery, Henry Harman, Jr, and Daniel Harman are brothers and are sons of Henry and Nancy Ann (Wilburn) Harman, Sr. One person, Jeff Higginbothan stated he saw a small stone with the initials D. H. John Newton Harman says Daniel's tombstone read: D. H. July 10, 1791, HARMAN GENEALOGY, page: 102.

Based on this iformation I have choosen to place Daniel and his wife, Pheby in this cemetery until new information come forth to change my mind.
