Sibyl Sue Lumpkin, 83, retired employee of Levi Strauss Co., died of heart failure Saturday at her home.
Services will be at 1 p.m. today at Shackelford Funeral Home in Selmer with burial in Falcon Cemetery near Selmer.
She was a member of Eastview Senior Citizens. Mrs. Lumpkin, the widow of Howard W. Lumpkin, leaves a daughter, Rhita Sue Akin of Jackson; two sisters, Lora Pearl Blakely of Ramer and Sadie Hayes of Memphis; a brother, Robert Kirk of Bethel Springs, three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
