In 1853 they moved first to Cedar Rapids and then to a farm near Janesville Bremer Co, IA. Sarah d. in Janesville Iowa in 1868.
Ebenezer Elias Byram married 2nd wife, Mrs. Fannie (Hand) Ayres on July 4, 1869. Fannie Hand was Sarah Hands sister. She was widow living in Oskaloosa, IA, born 6 Dec 1802, d. 26 Nov. 1893, Janesville IA, buried in Janesville Cemetery, Iowa
