Nellie Ruth Schaub, age 98, of Templeton, Pa., died Saturday, February 11, 2006, at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital in Kittanning, PA. She was born October 24, 1907 in Adrian, Armstrong Co., PA to Jacob R. and Anne Jane (Lasher) Tarr. Nellie was a member of Templeton Church of God. She was a homemaker, she enjoyed flower and vegetable gardening, crocheting and baking. She especially enjoyed making, pies, bread and buns. She is survived by One Son, Raymond C. "Pete" Schaub and his wife Barbara of Kittanning, PA.; two daughters, Glendora "Lindy" Perpich of Orlando, FL and Laura "Tillie" Fox and her husband Melvin L. of Templeton, PA.; three grandsons, Matthew Vincent Perpich and his wife Kristin, Scott Fox and his companion Kim and Jeffrey Fox and his wife Amy; two granddaughters, Debra Minarcin and her husband Tim, Tammy Moore and her husband Clyde, and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, John William Schaub who died October 12, 1979., one brother, Raymond Tarr; three sisters, Rosie Giles, Nora Montgomery, Myrna Ritchey. And one son-in-law, Vincent Perpich. Friends will be received from 2 – 4 and 7-9 PM Wednesday, February 15, 2006 on at the Bauer Funeral Home, 515 North McKean Street, Kittanning, PA. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, February 16, 2006 at 11:00 AM at the Bauer Funeral Home, with the Rev. Richard Molgaard officiating. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Templeton Church of God. Internment will be at the Kittanning Cemetery.
