Funeral Services Scheduled Tuesday For Henry D. Wefer

Funeral services are scheduled at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday from the Seydler Funeral Home for Henry Dick Wafer, who died at 9:30 a.m. Sunday, September 9, at Holmes Hospital. Interment will be at Monthalia Lutheran cemetery.
Mr. Wefer, a resident of Bebe, was born June 5, 1892 in Lavaca county. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Wefer, both deceased, were natives of Germany.
Survivors include: his wife, Mrs, Lydia Hempel Wefer; one son, Benhard Wefer of Bebe; three daughters, Mrs. Harry (Henrietta) Baumann of San Antonio, Mrs. Wallace(Clara) Kneese of San Antonio, and Mrs. Alfred (Rosa Lee) Wortham of Victoria; three sisters, Mrs. Richard Rossowof Cost, Mrs. Willie Rossow of Cost, and Mrs. Emil Meyer of Shiner; and eight grandchildren.
