Herbert G. Mueller, age 95, of Glen Carbon, died Saturday, Feb. 7, 2009, in Edwardsville. He was born Nov. 22, 1913, in Appleton, Mo., the son of the late Gottfried and Martha Mueller. He was married to Laura Mueller. She survives. Also surviving are four step-sons: Don, David, Clifford and Mike Rousseau. Mr. Mueller was a sales representative in the dental equipment field. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, Feb. 11, at Irwin Chapel in Glen Carbon. Funeral services will be at noon Wednesday, Feb. 11, at the funeral home with Dr. David Fielding officiating. Interment will be in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis. Memorials are suggested to Hope Lutheran Church.
