"Squeak" Gary Andrew Sapwell died of heart failure on Tuesday, Jan. 16. He was 65 years old.
A native of Wickenburg, he graduated from Wickenburg High School in 1960. He then served our country in the United States Army from 1963 to 1966 as a paratrooper in the 101st Airborne in Vietnam, earning a bronze star.
He remained in Wickenburg doing various jobs for the Town of Wickenburg, then laying carpet, roofing, construction, and finished his career as everyone's favorite exterminator.
