Born Dec. 28, 1931, in Huffman, AR, daughter of the late John Thomas and Mollie Barnes Faust, she had lived in Mississippi County most of her life where she was a member of the St. Henry Catholic Church in Charleston and Daughters of Isabella.
On June 3, 1953, she married Herman Bernard Duenne who preceded her in death on July 10, 1994.
Survivors include: five sons, John Henry Duenne, Joey Duenne, Alan Dale Duenne, Albert Duenne and Mark Duenne; four daughters, Mary Helen Johnson, Theresa Griggs, Patty Burrus and Melissa Cockrum; one brother, Marion Lee Faust; one sister, Odessa Rice; and 12 grandchildren.
One daughter, Helen Catherine Duenne; one brother, Russell Faust; one sister, Roena Wright, also preceded her in death.
Visitation was held at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston where a rosary and prayer service were held.
A funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Henry Catholic Church in Charleston. Msgr. Richard Rolwing, senior priest of service for St. Henry and St. Francis Parishes, officiated.
Burial followed in the Texas Bend Cemetery north of Charleston.
Pallbearers were: Stephen Showmaker, Herman Joe Ressell, Gerard Dirnberger, Danny Duenne, Mike Duenne and Dennis Scherer.
