Cleo "Big Mama" Watts, 90, of Tennessee Colony, Texas died February 2, 2009, at her residence. Burial in Tennessee Colony Cemetery was under the direction of Bailey and Foster Funeral Home Palestine. She was born November 9, 1918, in Doucette, Texas to the late, Robert and Alma Charlton Belt. She was a charter member of the Sunshine Guild at Trinity Valley Hospital and a member of Friendship Baptist Church. Mrs. Watts was preceded in death by her husband, George Harold Watts; and son, Jerry Watts. She is survived by daughters, Judy Rawls and husband Ronnie, Betsy Smith; daughter-in-law, Fran Watts; sons, Bill Watts and wife Linda and John Watts,; sister, Jon Chachere and husband L.J.; sister-in-law, Edna Belt; 11 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
