Hilaire Belloc's son-in-law. He was a Distributist, and together with Hilary Pepler – the founder of St. Dominic's Press in the Ditchling community – bought G.K.'s Weekly in 1936, following the death of G.K. Chesterton. The paper was renamed The Weekly Review, and Jebb edited it for almost ten years. With his wife he penned the 1956 work A Testimony to Hilaire Belloc, which was published by Methuen and Company of London
