Mathemetician. Best known for divising Fubini's Theorum, taught today in most calculus classrooms. Born in Venice, he became a professor of Math at the University of Catania in Sicily at the age of 21, and then a professor at the University of Turin from 1910 to 1938. His activities extended to many branches of mathematics, but he was a specialist in differential-projective geometry. He gained early fame in 1900 for his work on differential geometry, working with another famous mathematician, Luigi Bianchi. His book "Leziono Di Analisi Mathematica" was published in 1920. Fubini came to the United States in 1939 at the invitation Albert Einstein, with whom he worked on the mathematical formula for the atomic bomb at the Institute for Advanced Study at Princeton University. He became a US citizen shortly before his death in New York City.
