The death of Mrs. M. Beck which occured at Town Creek, on Sunday afternoon will be learned with much sorrow by her many acquaintances. She had been in failing health for some time, and for the past nine years had been an invalid from the result of a stroke of paralysis she suffered.
Mrs. Beck was 54 years of age and is survived by a husband and seven children,all residents of Brunswick county. The funeral was held from Mill Creek church, at 5 o'clock yesterday afternoon and the remains interred, near that place.
