ROBERT OGLE RITES TUESDAY
Funeral services for Robert (Uncle Bob) Ogle of 1501 South Sixth will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Brown Funeral Home Chapel with Richard Daughtry officiating.
Mr. Ogle, 94, died at 5 p.m. Sunday in a local hospital. Born Jan 12, 1864 in Linn County Mo., he moved to Duncan in Indian Territory in 1885 and to Tabler community in 1903. He was a farmer and stockman and later operated Ogle Grocery and Station northeast of town, retiring in 1945, when he moved to Chickasha.
His wife, Sally, died in 1949. Survivors are four sons, Floyd of Pomona, Calif., Ervin of Oklahoma City. Hubert of the home and Robert of El Sorenate, Calif.; four daughters, Mrs. Annie Lee of Francis, Mrs. Verna Smith of Oklahoma City, Mrs. Lettie Russey of Pinole, Calif., and Miss Viola Ogle of chickasha; one brother, Wade of Manteca, Calif.' 17 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and 14 great great grandchildren.
Interment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
