They had a daughter named Hannah who married Mason T. Brower on 27 Nov. 1822 in Randolph County, N.C.

In John's Will, he calls her only "my beloved wife."
She was born about 1765, and her oldest child (Henry) was born in 1786.

He was on the 1830-1850 censuses in Henderson County, TN. His brother was Harmon Bray.

There was also another Harmon Bray, son of Mathias "Josiah" Bray and Isabel Edwards....this other Harmon Bray is on the Chatham County, N.C. censuses from 1820-1850, and died there in Chatham County in 1855.
