Widow of Former Grain Man Here Dies in California
Mrs. Viola V. Scott, 91, a former resident of Wichita, died Saturday morning in Los Angeles, Calif.
Mrs. Scott, the widow of W. L. Scott who was in the grain business here, was born Aug. 3. 1865, in Moweaqua, Ill. She had been a resident of California for the past two years.
She is survived by three sons, Vern, of Covina, Calif., Fred W., of Beverley Hills, Calif., and Todd, of 4420 Bellaire; a sister, Mrs. Susie Good. 1745 S. Water; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by Gill Mortuary.
