Albert E. Rairdin, age 75, of 221 Buffalo St., Sheboygan Falls, died Thursday (June 2, 1988) at St. Nicholas Hospital, following a lengthy illness.
Mr. Rairdin was born June 17, 1912 at De Kalb Co., IL to Albert E. & Mary Rairdin. He graduated from Kirkland, IL.
On July 15, 1939 he married Miss Ruth Adee, of Kirkland and the couple then made their home in Rockford, IL. He was employed at the Barber Colman Company, of Rockford.
Following retirement in 1974, the couple moved to Boulder Junction, WI where the resided until 1986, at which time they moved to Sheboygan Falls.
Survivors are his wife: two daughters, Mrs. Timothy (Patsy) Petzold, of Elkhart Lake and Mrs. Lyle (Nancy) LaMont, of Gurnee, IL; five grandchildren, Andrew, Sarah, and Holly Petzold, and Jeffrey and Matthew LaMont. He was preceded in death by three brothers and four sisters.
A memorial service will be held Monday, at 1 p.m. at the Evangelical Free Church, officiated by the Rev. Samuel Befus. Friends may call at the church at the time of services.
A memorial fund has been established in Mr. Rairdin's name for Lightfoot School. Ballhorn Chapels are service coordinators.
