Virginia M. Coen, 88, of Burlington died at 11:30 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 18, 2009, at Burlington Care Center in Burlington.
Born Sept. 6, 1920, in Burlington she was the daughter of Harry and Bessie Farrington Springsteen. On Jan. 23, 1937, she married Louis B. Coen in Burlington.

Mrs. Coen worked at Sylvania Electric for 18 years, Klein Hospital for two years and the Suburban Club for five years. She was a member of SS. John & Paul Catholic Church. She enjoyed baking and basketball.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, her parents and five brothers.
