Mrs. Gertie May Sell, widow of Simon O. Sell, died at her home, 2605 Seventh avenue, of a heart ailment, after a long illness.
Mrs. Sell was a daughter of Michael and Caroline Zeigler, born at Duncansville, August 3, 1877.
She was a member of Grace Reformed church, of its Ladies' Bible class and of the Willing Workers' class of the Twenty-eighth Street Church of the Brethren; also of Doreen lodge, No. 318, Daughters of Rebekah, of Ladies' auxiliary to B. of R.T. and Ladies of the Golden Eagle.
Surviving is one son, Oliver M. Sell, Altoona;
four sisters and four brothers: Mrs. Emma Beegle, Scottdale; Mrs. Sue Penrose, Sarver; Mrs. Ida Baisor, Eldorado; Mrs. Elsie Reed, Homer; Harry and Howard Zeigler, Altoona; Aden Zeigler, Peoria, Ill.
