Frances Eakin Harmon

Mrs. Frances E. Harmon, age 84, of Asheville, N.C. formerly of Marion, N.C. passed away on Thursday, January 8, 2009 at her residence.
A native of Greenwood, SC, she was born on September 15, 1924 to the late Carroll and Ruby McCombs Eakin.
Her husband, Bryan L. Harmon preceded her in death.
Husband: Bryan Ladelle Harmon
Surviving are two children, Libby H. Broyles and husband Eric of Asheville and Ladelle Harmon and wife Kristie of Marion; three brothers, Edgar, Fred and Clifton, all of Greenwood, SC; three sisters, Doris Pickens, Marie Wilson and Grace Butler, all of Greenwood, SC; and three grandsons, Douglas and Bryan Broyles and Patrick McKinney.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2009 at 11:30 a.m. at the Glenwood Cemetery with Revs. Dave Aumiller and Jim Brewer officiating.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. prior to the service at Westmoreland Funeral Home.
