Mabel Lessie (Miller) Mooney was the daughter of Thomas Buren Miller and Sarah Elizabeth (Elkins) Miller. She was the wife of Truman Paul Mooney.
Mabel Lessie Mooney, 95, of Cooperston, Boone County, formerly of Foster, died Feb. 20, 1997, at Marmet Health Care Center after a long illness.
She was a member of Foster Church of Christ.
Surviving: son, Paul Sr. of Plymouth, Mich. brothers, Cecil Miller of Peytona, Harry Miller of Cross Lanes, Elba Miller of Kissimmee, Fla. sister, Elsie Arrowood of Marmet two grandchildren one great-grandchild.
Service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Handley Funeral Home, Danville, with Evangelist Denver Hill officiating. Burial will be in Miller Cemetery, Foster. Friends may call from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.
