Services for Robert Calcote, of Monticello, were 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 27, at Wilson Funeral Home in Monticello with burial in Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Calcote, 67, died Dec. 26, 2008, at Lawrence County Nursing Center. He was born on Dec. 4, 1941, to Barney Calcote and Marie King Calcote.
He was a retired carpenter. He was a member of Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church.
Preceding him in death were his parents; and one brother, Richard Calcote.
Survivors are his daughters, Tina Harvey, of Meridian, and Rochel Andrews and Robyn Rogers, both of Monticello; his brothers, Barney Calcote, Frank Calcote and Glen Calcote, all of Lawrence County, and Jerry Calcote, of Jackson; his sisters, Mildred Ballard, Sarah King, Voncille Benoit and Sue Armstrong, all of Lawrence County, and Joann Ledet and Jean Petrie, both of Louisiana; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
