ARCHER, John B. - Service will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Frametown Baptist Church with Rev. Donald Taylor and Rev. Harry Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Frame Cemetery. The body is at Bartlett mortuary in Gassaway and will be taken to the residence Thursday afternoon. The body will arrive at the mortuary at noon Thursday.

A resident of Frametown, Braxton County, he died last Friday in Saigon, Indo China.

He was 66 and an employee of the U. S. Government. He was a member of the Episcopal Church and the American Society of Civil Engineers. He was a veteran of both World War I and II. He was a graduate of Marshall College and University of Pennsylvania.

Surviving are his wife, Leo; two sons, Jack of Ft. Worth, Texas, and James of Baltimore, Md.; one daughter, Mrs. Jane Ladany of Washington, D. C.: three brothers, Vernon and Wesley of Pontiac, Mich., Reginald of Gallipolis Ferry, and six grandchildren.
