Born Nov. 8, 1920, in Chaffee, son of the late Charles Henry and Edith Lou Harrell Cunningham, he retired as the Chaffee city collector, after 34 years of service. A member of the first United Methodist Church in Chaffee, he was also a member of Masonic Lodge 615 and Chapter 418 Order of the Eastern Star, both in Chaffee, and the Valley of St. Louis Scottish Rite.
He was preceded in death by three brothers.
Survivors include: four nephews, Tom Cunningham, Steve Cunningham, John Cunningham and Joe Cunningham; two nieces, Linda Wessel and Charlene Kraft; and 13 great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held at the First United Methodist Church in Chaffee, where Masonic rites were scheduled.
Funeral services were conducted at the church with the Rev. Richard Combs and the Rev. Marty Blakey officiating.
Burial followed in Union Park Cemetery.
