Elvie was the daughter of Robert and Abbie Rogers. She married
William Anniston Holloway in Lauderdale County, Alabama.
They had 2 children Paul and Lois.

Mrs. Holloway is buried at Murphy's Chapel today:
Final Rites for Mrs. William A. Hollaway, age 22, of South Bend, Indiana' and a former resident of Threet's Crossroads, who died in the Indiana City Saturday afternoon at 2 O'clock after a three week illiness, were held this afternoon at 2:00 at Murphy's Chapel 18 miles from here on the Savannah Highway. Interment followed in the cememtery with O. R. Fielder in charge.
Mrs. Hollaway spent the summer here with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Rogers at Threet's Crossroads returning to South Bend slightly more than two months ago.
Surviving in addition to her husband are two small children, her parents and several brothers and sisters.
