Professional Hockey Player. A native of Kingston, Ontario, Canada, he played at the left-wing position for six seasons (1939 to 1943, 1945 to 1946) in the National Hockey League with the Toronto Maple Leafs and New York Rangers. He was a member of the 1941-1942 Stanley Cup Champion Maple Leafs' team. In 202 career regular season games, he scored 63 goals with 80 assists. His son Glenn Goldup was a former player in the NHL during the 1970s and 1980s.
