Mrs. Gladwin was born June 14, 1926 at Braggs, OK, the daughter of Monroe and Nancy (Dotson) Kennedy and died Sunday, December 14, 2008 at her home. She attended and graduated from school in Braggs. In 1946 she married Marvin Gilliland. She was a loving mother and grandmother who loved cooking, gardening and taking care of others. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church in Fort Gibson. For many years, she volunteered at the Fort Gibson Nutrition Center. Annabelle will be missed by every life she touched. God is truly gaining an Angel.
Survivors include her daughter, Anita Brawley and husband, Mike, of Fort Gibson; two sons, John Gilliland and wife, Kay, Marvin Gilliland and wife, Susan, all of Fort Gibson 14 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild and special niece Kay Bryson of Muskogee. She was preceded in death by her husband Marvin Gilliland; husband, Paul Gladwin; daughter, Karen Kay Honeycutt; three brothers, Claude Kennedy, Thomas Kennedy and Dave Kennedy.
