PROMINENT MONROE WOMAN IS BURIED

Monroe, March 5. - Mrs. James Fowler died at her home here early this morning after an extended illness of several weeks. She was the wife of J. W. Fowler, mayor of this city. Besides her husband and many other near relatives, she leaves seven children, the oldest being less than twelve years old. A large concourse of sorrowing friends followed this lovable woman to her last resting place this afternoon at Grace Cemetery, a short distance from the city.
