Royal Murray White, 75, died at 2:30 a.m. today at the home of his son, A. J. White, 1020 Lafayette Street, of an illness covering a year's duration. He had made his home here the past four years, coming from Charles City, Iowa.

Mr. White was born in Canada August 10, 1848. He was married in 1876 to Miss Alice Wiltse. She died July 14, 1899.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Mary Cullens, Rockford, Iowa, and Miss Lella White, Garrison, Iowa, and one son, A. J. White, Waterloo. Two brothers, a sister and seven grandchildren also survive.

Burial will be at Charles City Sunday, the body remaining at the O'Keefe & Towne Funeral Home until then.
