The relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial in The Church of the Nativity, July 5, 2004 at 10 o clock. The Rite of Committal, Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends may call at J. HENRY STUHR, INC, DOWNTOWN CHAPEL, between five and seven o clock, July 4, 2004, where a Vigil Service for the deceased will be held at 5 o clock.
Mrs. Estep was born July 6, 1929 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, the daughter of Justo Rios and Anne Michel Rios.
She graduated from Mercy College of Nursing in Charlotte, NC.
She was a member of Nativity Catholic Church, James Island Yacht Club and Charleston Elks Does #231.
Mrs. Estep retired as Director of Nursing with the American Red Cross, Charleston Chapter.
She is survived by two daughters: Teresa E. Atwood and her husband Wayne of Florence, SC and Catherine M. Estep of James Island, SC; three sons: James L. Estep and his wife Kathy of Catania, Italy, Daniel B. Estep, Jr. of Jacksonville, Fl., and Joseph K. Estep and his wife Elaine of Hubert, North Carolina; 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Charleston, 3870 Leeds Avenue, Suite 101, Charleston, SC 29405.
