Oliver was the son of William III & Eliza Ann (Smith) Robinson & he grew up on a family farm in Concord Township, Delaware County, OH. On October 1, 1890, Oliver was married to Fredericka Steitz and the couple set up housekeeping in Concord Township. Oliver & Fredericka reportedly parented four children between the years of 1891 & 1899: Jacob Lee Robinson (also buried at Oller Cemetery), Bessie Ann Robinson, Bertha Helen Robinson (also buried at Oller Cemetery), & Hannah Hazel Robinson. Oliver was recorded on the 1900, 1910, 1920, & 1930 federal censuses - always in Concord Townhip and always listing his occupation as "farmer." By the time of his death, Oliver had moved to the town of Delaware, OH, and was living at 286 Lake Street.
