At St. Jospeh's hospital, Joliet, since February 13, Mrs. Sarah Z. Thomas, widow of the late I. Thomas, died at that institution this morning aged 69 years. Two sons, John Thomas who is a patient at a sanitarium in Kankakee, and Arthur Thomas, of Chicago, survive. Also a brother, O.T. Wescott, for thirty years principal of the Waller high school, Chicago, and a sister, Mrs. M.B. Freeborn, of San Diego, Cal.
Remains were brought to Plainfield today and the funeral will be held Monday afternoon from the Baptist church with services at 2 o'clock. Rev. Mr. Probert will officiate and the burial will be in the Plainfield cemetery.
