Alice Taylor Jones, our loving mother, passed away on January 29, 1990 at the home of her daughter, Pearl, in Bountiful.
Born February 16, 1901 in Silver City, Utah to George and Mary Emily Rosser Taylor.
Married Lawrence A. Jones on November 15, 1988. She was active in the LDS Church.
She is survived by sons, Attorney Lawrence A. Jones, Jr., Davis, California; Dr. John T. Jones, Linwood, New Jersey; Don M. Jones, Aurora, Colorado; daughters, Mrs. James R. (Dorothy) Smith, Hunter, Utah; Mrs. Ralph T. (Pearl) Hill, Bountiful; Lorna Evans, Salt Lake City; 22 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; sister, Mrs. Victor (Edith) Anderson, Salt Lake City. Preceded in death by daughter, Alice; and son-in-law, Jonathan Evans.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 1, 1990 at 12 noon in the Bountiful Tabernacle, 51 South Main Street. Friends may call on Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m. in the Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main Street and on Thursday at the Church one hour prior to services.
Interment: Bountiful Memorial Park.
