Mrs. Favreau died Thursday, Nov. 20, 2008, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.
She was born Nov. 28, 1946, in Junction City, the daughter of James R. and Mabel L. Praytor Lang. She graduated from high school in Wichita Falls, Texas.
She worked for Sallie Mae loan services for 13 years.
She married David Favreau on May 5, 1975, in Lawrence. He survives, of the home.
Other survivors include a son, Robert and wife Emily, Olathe; two daughters, Denise Hutto, Lawrence, and Stephanie Shaffer and husband Jeff, Junction City; two brothers, Russ and Chris, both of Lawrence; three sisters, Carolyn Sue "Susie" Marshall, Junction City, Debbie Nitsch, Lawrence, and Colleen Butell, Baldwin City; and five grandchildren, Jessica and Jordan Hutto, Bradley Sledd, Matthew Baker and Dexter Favreau.
