Mrs. Mary Elizabeth McDaniel, 85, a Central Oregon resident since 1904, died Tuesday at her home in Powell Butte. Funeral services at the Powell Butte Community Church. She was born Oct. 11, 1878, in Kentucky. She is survived by her husband, J.L. McDaniel, Prineville; a son, W. H. McDaniel, Powell Butte, and three daughters; Edith Taylor, Powell Butte; Audra Brennan, Prineville, and Eva Emslie, Portland. She also leaves a brother and two sisters in Kentucky; Creed Cornett and Hannah McGee, London, and Grace Baldwin, Bernstadt. There are 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Buriel will be in Juniper Haven Cemetery, Prineville.
