Rita M. Borneo, 79, of Beaver Falls, PA, died on in the Beaver Medical Center. Born Nov. 15, 1924, in North Sewickley Township, she was a daughter of John and Alvera Piscatelli Farinelli.
She was a member of the Divine Mercy Parish in Beaver Falls.
She was survived by her husband of 54 years, Joseph Borneo Sr.; four sons and three daughters-in-law, Joseph Jr. and Connie Borneo of Chippewa Township, Leonard and Carol Borneo of Rio Rancho, N.M., Daniel and Amy Borneo of Corrales, N.M., and David Borneo of Beaver Falls; a daughter and son-in-law, Debi and Gary Menges of Chippewa Township; 10 grandchildren, Mrs. Nate (Brooke) Goshen, Ashlee Borneo, Christopher Borneo, Mrs. Gregory (Jennifer) Ober, Matthew Menges, Pilar Borneo, Quinlyn Borneo, Jacob Borneo, Mrs. Michael (Danielle) Jarman and Anthony Borneo; three great-grandchildren, Kaitlin, Asher and Collin; five brothers; Martin Farinelli of Portersville, Phillip Farinelli of Evans City, Augustine Farinelli of Aliquippa, George Farinelli of Texas and Paul Farinelli of Kittanning; and three sisters, Virginia Denny of Indiana, Ida Kudamik of Evans City and Caroline Petrie of Florida.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Angelo, Albert, Carl and Lawrence Farinelli, and a sister, Maggie Harbaugh.
