Butler, Ga., Tuesday, August 13, 1889
Died at the residence of his father, Elder Bennett Stewart, on Thursday the 1st inst., occurred the death of Mr. Frederic Stewart, after an illness of about five weeks, aged 35 years. The deceased had returned about four months previous from a twenty years residence in Texas, and was preparing to re-commence business in Georgia at the time of his death. He leaves five small children with many friends and relatives to mourn their loss, his wife having died some months previous. (remainder of article cut out).
