Hermitage, September 19 -- W. B. Binkley, of this place, died yesterday. Mr. Binkley was a prosperous farmer, a member of the church, and highly esteemed. He leaves seven children. The remains will be laid to rest in the old family burying ground this evening. Mr. Binkley was about 90 years of age.

This is a marker provided by the Corps of Engineers at the time the grave was moved in 1966. Presumably the original stone was missing or broken.
