FORMER RESIDENT OF BEVERLY PASSES AWAY
Albert P. Scott, 59, former resident of Beverly and Waterford township, was buried at Beverly at 3 o'clock on Sunday afternoon, having died at Bellefontaine on Thursday afternoon. He succumbed to heart trouble with pneumonia complications following an operation that he recently had undergone.
Mr. Scott was born near Coal Run, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. O.H.P. Scott. He spent his early life in and about Beverly, and later entered the show business which he had followed for many years. His father was one of the business managers of the John Robinson shows and the son was associated with him over a long period of years.
Recently he had made his home with his only sister, Mrs. J.G. Morris, of Bellefontaine, and he died at her home. Funeral services were held there and the body was brought to Beverly on Saturday. The services at the grave in Beverly cemetery were conducted by the Bellefontaine lodge of Elks. Mrs. Morris is the only surviving near relative.
