This was the Husband of Correne Atchley and lived on Windish Circle in Rossville, GA. he was a nice man that me and my parents got to know. he will be missed by many. Passed away at age 95.

He was born in Kodak, Tennessee to the late Ben & Hannah Atchley, but had lived most of his life in Rockford, Tennessee.
He was a Navy Veteran of WWII, having served on the USS Wyoming and was employed with TVA for more than 28 years.
Survivors include his son & daughter-in-law, Fred & Jane Atchley, Jr. of Rockford, TN; daughter & son-in-law, Mary Ellen & Raymond Ramsey of Louisville, TN; several grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 8, 2008 in the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
