My Uncle Charles was a wonderful kind man. Charles never married, although he was once engaged to be married. He was very close to his mother. His mother's passing was very difficult for him.
My Uncle visited us several times when we were living in Arizona, and also visited us in California after we moved.
He was tall and thin and loved my Mom's cooking, he put on a little weight, when he stayed with Mom for awhile. I will always remember my Uncle Charles, whom we all lovingly called "Uncle Buddy", a childhood nickname.
My uncle was only 43 years when he passed away, much too young. He is buried next to his parents and brother Morgan in Canajoharie Falls Cemetery in the section formally known as Brown Cemetery.
God Bless you, Uncle Buddy, I love you.
