He was born January 13th, 1931, the son of Jess James and Murl Aldrich. He was proceeded in death by his brother Ralph Aldrich. He married Ima Jean Chaney, December 28th, 1957. They had three daughters, Diane, Teresa, and Vicki. Jim was an accomplished auctioneer and enjoyed fishing and living the "simple life". He had a wonderful since of humor, and joked about almost everything, you never knew for sure if he was serious or just "pulling your leg". Jim also had seven grandchildren, Jessie, Dean, Brandi, Misty, Rachel, Zach, and William,(born after his death).
