William was the son of Benjamin Franklin and Alice Franklin Rasberry, Sr.. He first married Mary Albanie Slaughter in 1869 in Trinity County, Texas. After the death of Mary, William married Mrs. Permelia Ann "Annie" Pruitt on August 26, 1900 in Trinity County, Texas.

I have not found a Texas Death Certificate for Bill.
