Olga Mazur, 86 of Lorain, died Monday, August 27, 2007 at her daughter's home in Lorain, following a lengthy illness.
She was born May 24, 1921 in Lorain and attended Lorain schools.
She was a member of Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in Lorain. She worked as a sales associate at the W.T. Grant Co. in the Lorain Shopping Plaza on Meister Road until its closing and then did child care for a number of years.
She is survived by her daughter, Marilyn Barnard of Lorain; grandson, Jason Barnard; numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded-in-death by her husband in 1954, Bruno Mazur, her parents, John and Mary (nee Orlinski) Bay, and a brother, Walter Bay in 2000.
