Mary Sophia Ollenburger Eberle, 88, retired production worker for Associated Milk Producers Inc., died May 18 at Hillsboro Community Medical Center Long Term Care Unit.
The funeral will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday, May 22, at Zion Lutheran Church in Hillsboro with pastor John A. Ryding officiating. The burial will be at Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Hillsboro.
She was born Nov. 22, 1913, to Herman and Fredricka (Teetzen) Bolte Sr. near Elmo in Dickinson County.
On Sept. 16, 1934, she was married to Arthur Ollenburger, who predeceased her in 1955. On Dec. 15, 1972, she was married to Lawrence Eberle, who predeceased her in 1983.
She is survived by one son, Robert Ollenburger and wife Doris of Hutchinson; three daughters, Delores Johnston and husband Ray of Topeka, Marilyn Cox and husband Jim of Peabody and Karen Buchanan and husband David of Wichita; one brother, George Bolte of Houston; one sister, Elsie VanSant of Santa Rosa, Calif.; seven grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Memorials have been established with Zion Lutheran Church and HCMC Long Term Care Unit.
