Barbara J. "Bobbi Jo" Beck, 51, of Carlisle, formerly of Marysville, passed away Saturday, October 18th, 2008 at Harrisburg Hospital.
Mrs. Beck was born in Harrisburg, on January 29, 1957, the daughter of the late Robert B. and Joanne (Smith) Hann of Marysville.
She was a Technical Business Analyst Lead at Highmark, Camp Hill. A member of Wesley United Methodist Church, Marysville, International Friesian Show Horse Association, Friesian Horse Association of North America, United States Equestrian Federation, American Saddlebred Horse Association, Vice President-Pennsylvania Saddlebred Horse Association, Chairman of the Keystone Classic Horse Show.
Surviving in addition to her mother are her husband, Phillip W. Beck, brother R. Edward, husband of Judy Hann of Duncannon, several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 23, 2008, in the Wesley United Methodist Church, Marysville. Burial will be in Perry Heights Cemetery, Marysville. Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday and from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Thursday in the Wesley United Methodist Church.
