Alta Jane Remy, 71, of Sulphur was born July 13, 1937, in Wynnewood to W.A. and Evie Altie (Horn) Chandler and died Oct. 14, 2008, in Sulphur. Graveside services were Oct. 17 at Dolberg Cemetery. She had worked as manager for Love's Country Store for over 20 years and also at Snak Shak in Davis. Survivors include: two sons, Darrell Peterson and Charles Peterson, both of Oklahoma City; a brother; a sister, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. DeArman's Clagg Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
