JASPER - Funeral services for Karl (Chuck) Adams, 79, of Jasper, Texas, will be held at 4:30 p.m. Sunday, July 13, 1969, at the J.O. Stringer Funeral Home with the Rev. Karl Bayer officiating, assisted by the Rev. Andrew Allen. Burial will be in the City Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Buck and Ronnie Pickle, Earl Marshall, George Gee, George Cowart and W.T. Linson.
Adams died at his home at 8 a.m. Saturday, July 12, 1969. He was a veteran of World War I.
Survivors include one brother, W.W. Adams Jr. of Woodville; one sister, Miss Gypsy Adams of Jasper and a number of nieces and nephews.
