The Union-Bulletin, Walla Walla, Washington, Sunday, March 4, 1984. "Obituary" "Glenn A. Hubbard" "Glenn A. Hubbard, 93, of the Smith Nursing Home died at home Saturday. Funeral arrangements are pending at the Herring Funeral Home. Hubbard was born Aug. 21, 1890, to Russell and Hattie Fuller Hubbard in Osage, Iowa. He lived with his parents in Kennewick until their death. He moved to Walla Walla following World War II. He worked as a farmer and for Birdseye Cannery until his retirement. He lived on Lewis Peak until ill health forced him to move to the Smith Nursing Home in 1963. He was a Veteran of World War I. He is survived by several nieces and nephews including Betty Hays and Harvey Hubbard of Walla Walla."

"Hubbard--Graveside funeral services for the late Glenn Hubbard of Smith Nursing Home will be at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 7, 1984 at Mountain View Cemetery, Veterans Section with Chaplin Charles Short of the Veterans Administration Medical Center officiating. Interment to follow. Ritualistic service conducted by VFW Grant Farmer Post #992. Family and friends will meet at 10 a.m. at Herring Funeral Home to proceed to the cemetery.
