Mrs. Shult To Be Buried Friday
Funeral services for Mrs. Oscar A. Shult of Doland are to be held at 2 p.m., Friday afternoon, in the Methodist Church in Doland with the Rev. E.H. Jarman officiating. Interment will be in the family lot there beside her husband, who died Oct. 27, 1946.
Almedia Magnuson was born in Cambridge, Ill., Dec. 16, 1874. She was married to Oscar A. Shult , June 27, 1894 at Lynn Center, Ill., and they made their home there until they moved to Doland in 1907. She was a member of the Methodist Church, Order of Eastern Star and American Legion Auxiliary.
Surviving are nine children: Mrs. W.C. Welter, Huron; Raymond, Milton, and Millard Shult and Mrs. Ervin Lucke, Doland; Vincent Shult, Vancouver, Wash.; Leslie Shult, Portland, Ore.; Leland Shult, Chehalis, Wash.; and Mrs. Jack Anderson, Sacremento, Calif. Also surviving are one brother, Arthur Magnuson, of Huntington Park, Calif.; 15 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
